The one-bedroom apartments (45 mq) consist of a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed . One bathroom some of them feature with two bathrooms. It is possible to add a cot or an extra bed (type +1) for an extra charge.

All apartments are equipped with TV, microwave, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (TO PAY ON SPOT UPON ARRIVAL):
DAILY FORFAIT: (compulsory fee for stays from 29.05.21 to 11.09.21 rate per person, per day) adults € 5,00, children 3-11.99 y.o. € 2.50 per day per child, children 0-2.99 years free. Rates include water, electricity, gas, bed linen.
FINAL CLEANING: per apartment € 70,00. Final cleaning of the kitchenette is guests’ responsibility; otherwise, a supplement of € 50.00 will be charged.  
TOURIST TAX: Compulsory for stays in Santa Teresa Gallura. It may vary depending on the period.          
DEPOSIT: € 200,00  refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred.
