The two-bedroom apartments (80/90 sqm) consist of a double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, a double sofa bed, and a room with 2 single beds or a bunk bed. They all feature a bathroom (some have two).

Furnished with TV, microwave, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, balcony or patio equipped with table and chairs. They are connected to the garage by lift.

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)                        
UTILITY FEE:  from 15.06 to 13.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adult; € 5,00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. The price includes gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights)        
FINAL CLEANING € 90.00. Kitchenette cleaning and waste disposal are responsibility of the guest, wrongdoers will be applied a surcharge of € 50.00.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Santa Teresa Gallura in cash, the amount may change.        
DEPOSIT: € 200.00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
